Ask
Ask the way you would ask a colleague at the desk. The answer comes from your live calendar and bookings, so it is right for this minute, not for this morning.
Bookings
Ask it to book, and it picks the best-matched room and shows you the price first. For new dates it checks the room is free and works out the new price. Moving a stay or adding a room, it says what will change and waits for your yes.
Front desk
When a guest walks in, say so. The assistant finds the booking, tells you the room and dates, and checks them in once you say yes. Check-out works the same way.
Money
Add a dinner or a transfer to a guest’s bill, record what they paid, and make the invoice, all from the chat. It tells you the amount first, and the bill updates the moment you say yes.
