How does yearly billing work?

Yearly is the default. You pay for 10 months and get 12, so 2 months are free. For example, Standard for 11–20 rooms is €49 a month on monthly billing, or €490 once a year. That works out at €40.83 a month.

What counts as a channel?

Each booking site you connect is one channel, for example Booking.com, Airbnb or Expedia. Standard includes 2 channels, then €5 a month for each extra one. Pro includes unlimited channels. Your own Guestfix booking engine is part of every plan and is not counted as a channel.

Is the booking engine really included?

Yes. Both plans include the commission-free booking engine, together with property management, the channel manager and payments. Many systems sell the booking engine separately. With Guestfix it is part of the price you see here.

What is the difference between Standard and Pro?

Both plans include all four products and every tool on this page. Standard includes 2 channels. Pro adds unlimited channels, pricing intelligence (competitor rates, a demand calendar, suggested prices and automatic price updates), advanced reports and priority WhatsApp support.

Can I pay monthly instead?

Yes. Monthly billing is the list price and you can cancel anytime. Switch the toggle at the top of the page to see monthly prices.
